To Kentucky USDA State Technical Committee and Other Interested Persons: The first Kentucky FY 2022 Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) application batching period cut-off date has been announced as November 12, 2021. All EQIP and Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) applications received by this date will be considered for FY 2022 funding. Applications received after November 12th will be held for a future cut-off (although most years we only have one cut-off.) Last year Kentucky NRCS obligated more than $20 million in EQIP and expects the same this year. Please let folks you know who may be interested in EQIP of this deadline. Here are links to the news release and the Kentucky EQIP webpage. Interested persons may contact their local field office for more information or assistance.
