august Controlled Burn and Fire Workshops

The Kentucky Prescribed Fire Council is hosting three workshops in the month of August. Two will focus on controlled burns and will be offered in Elizabethtown and Carlisle. The final offering will focus on RX Fire. 

Hardin County
When:  August 17, 2024

What: This course covers the basics of prescribed fire in Kentucky and is geared towards the private landowner interested in burning their property within the regulations set forth in KRS149.375 (fire ban seasons and burn windows).
